Assessment Activity
Debate the pros and cons of the effects of technology and transportation's impact on farming. Have students create a list of topics relating to the developments in technology and transportation. Divide students into four groups to represent the perspective of four different groups: farmers for technology, farmers against technology, consumers for technology and consumers against technology.
